• A brief overview of your circumstances, including any relevant surgeries or procedures
(for example: right-sided mastectomy with no nipple reconstruction, last surgery was in January 2024)
• A clear photo of the area(s) you would like treated
(if you do not feel comfortable sending a photo, the area can be assessed in person during your consultation)
• Any questions you may have
The information provided will be discussed, together with your personal goals, during your consultation, to tailor the most suitable treatment approach for beautiful and meaningful results.
Your information, photos, and message will be treated with complete discretion, personally reviewed by me as your artist, and responded to directly and confidentially.

ATELIER PMU uses an online booking system (Vagaro) and will automatically display the next available appointment times. For paramedical restoration please send me an email to get you booked for a consultation and treatment.

PRE-CARE & AFTER-CARE
Please review the PRECARE & AFTERCARE instructions before booking your service appointment to ensure you are properly prepared for your treatment and the healing process.
PARAMEDICAL RESTORATION
All paramedical restoration treatments require a consultation prior to treatment.
No paramedical restoration treatment is performed on the day of the consultation.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure each treatment appointment and will be applied toward the total service price. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Complimentary consultations do not require a deposit.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

PARKING
Street parking is free for the first 75 minutes and is convenient for consultations. Due to the duration of treatment appointments, City Parking Lot #12 – Parker Village Lot is recommended, conveniently located around the corner and only a 3-minute walk from the studio.

AGE REQUIREMENT
All treatment clients must be 18 years of age or older. To maintain a private and professional treatment environment, please avoid bringing children or additional guests to your appointment unless previously arranged and approved by ATELIER PMU.
STUDIO ENVIRONMENT
ATELIER PMU is committed to maintaining a professional, private, and hygienic treatment environment with the highest standards of cleanliness and care. Pets are not permitted. Whenever possible, appointments are best attended without children or additional guests. Thank you!
