I am a Permanent Makeup (PMU) and Paramedical Tattoo Artist with multiple certifications in advanced micropigmentation techniques, specializing in natural aesthetic enhancement and the restoration of areas affected by surgery, injury, or other life-changing experiences.
Through advanced education, hands-on training with leaders in the field across the United States, and a commitment to excellence, I founded ATELIER PMU as a space where artistry, precision, and compassionate care come together to provide personalized treatments that honor each client's unique features, goals, and journey.
Before creating ATELIER PMU, my path into paramedical restoration and permanent makeup was shaped by my experience working in the Women's Health industry, specifically within aesthetic surgery, breast restoration, and reconstruction. Working alongside internationally recognized, board-certified surgeons and healthcare professionals, while witnessing the stories, challenges, and resilience of the patients I met, gave me invaluable knowledge and a deeper understanding of the connection between aesthetics and restoration, and the meaningful impact these fields can have on a person's confidence, emotional well-being, and quality of life.
Art and beauty have always been part of who I am. Since childhood, I have loved drawing and painting, fascinated by facial harmony, body symmetry, and the small details that make every person beautifully unique. Permanent makeup became the place where my artistic eye, precision, and experience within the medical and aesthetic fields naturally came together.
My journey is also deeply personal, and it became part of my purpose. After a car accident and multiple surgeries left me with scars and the loss of much of my own eyebrows, I experienced firsthand how something that may seem small to others can affect the way we see ourselves every time we look in the mirror. That experience strengthened my commitment to helping others enhance their natural beauty or restore what has been lost by creating personalized, natural-looking results that inspire confidence, simplify everyday routines, and help clients feel whole again.
While I may be a little private by nature, I bring my whole heart to my work. Helping others through passion for art, precision, and continued learning is deeply meaningful to me, and every client receives my genuine attention and care.
Originally from Austria (Vienna, the city of music and dreams), I found my home in Santa Barbara, California, in 2016. Today, I am proud to live my dream and use my talent and heart to serve the Santa Barbara community and clients throughout California.
